About the RoleThis full-time position is based in New York, NY, where you will be working closely with our team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting various types of visits, and collaborating with colleagues through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have completed an accredited FNP or PA program and hold national certification. You should also have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting or equivalent experience with additional training or certifications.
