Job Title: Mental Health Technician - Pool

Job Description:
This Mental Health Technician position plays a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting the nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human behavior and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of Registered Nurses, conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Participate in therapeutic activities and group sessions to promote mental health and well-being.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct patient care with a Bachelors degree, or 2 years of experience with an Associate's degree, or 5 years of experience with a High School Diploma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
