Litigation Attorney Position at State Farm Careers

We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team at State Farm Careers. With over 5 years of litigation experience, you will be responsible for supervising litigation brought against State Farm entities and handling discovery issues.

The primary focus of this position is to work with outside counsel on formulating litigation strategies for bad faith, class action, and various other types of litigation. You will assist in trial preparation and prepare company witnesses for depositions and other testimony.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing budgets for litigation matters and related projects
  • Providing legal advice to appropriate representatives of the State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and its affiliates
  • Analyzing legal problems and interpreting laws and regulations

You will also have the opportunity to travel to attend trials and other litigation-related events or activities. If you have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school, an active law license, and excellent academic credentials, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
