Maintenance Expeditor

The Construction and Maintenance Expeditor will work with the department manager to improve equipment and process reliability, and ultimately enhance operations productivity. This person will ensure the effectiveness of all equipment to service our customers while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.

• Dispatch technicians and vendors
• Manage and close tickets
• Process material payments
• Review credit card reports
• Oversee all open work orders
• Control rental expenses
• Generate weekly exterior lighting reports
• Prepare free-on monthly reports
• Coordinate equipment rentals
• Handle special requests
• Collaborate with other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in construction and maintenance departments
• Retail Store Operations or Retail Store Support for Supermarkets
• Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning and Scheduling
• Work Flow and Materials Management
• Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and SAP
• Competence to effectively use Microsoft Office
• Attentiveness to diligence and discipline to maintain data integrity

• WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise
• STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift
• LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
