Job Opportunity: Mental Health Clinician

Hope Cooperative (aka TLCS, Inc.) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide clinical assessment, service planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions to support individuals in achieving their maximum functional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client assessments and develop service plans to address mental health symptoms and substance use issues.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients and their caregivers.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated psychosocial rehabilitative services.
  • Ensure accurate completion of client records, reports, and paperwork.
  • Act as a Mandated Reporter for suspected abuse and neglect.

Requirements:

  • Meet the qualifications of a Mental Health Assistant III (MHA III).
  • Have a minimum of four years of direct care experience in the mental health field.
  • Be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and possess a valid California Driver's License.
