About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Assist with vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Help maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Completed training program for Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience
  • Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
