Responsibilities:
We seek an experienced Primary Care Provider to lead clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care. Key duties include managing patient charts, performing diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and leading communications through virtual platforms. A focus on teamwork, quality care, and community involvement is integral to this role, ensuring that patient needs are prioritized in a supportive environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1-2 years of experience as a primary care provider in a relevant setting, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, or Trauma Unit. A Master's Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License are required. Experience working as a Telehealth Clinician is also preferred.
