Entry-Level Civil Engineer

We are seeking a talented Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our team at Ontario County (Department of Human Resources).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Evaluating and selecting designs, plans, and specifications for various civil engineering projects;
2. Conducting site visits to inspect project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations;
3. Collaborating with other engineers and technical staff to develop and implement project solutions;
4. Analyzing data and conducting research to identify areas for improvement;
5. Maintaining accurate records and reports of project activities and results;

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

1. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in civil or environmental engineering or a closely related field;
2. Minimum four years of full-time paid experience as a civil engineering technician or surveyor, highway construction supervisor, or foreman;
3. Equivalent combination of experience and training as defined by the limits of the above requirements.
