Electrical Engineer I

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer I to join our team as a Cabling Design Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to drive consistency and excellence in the design of all cabling solutions for our development projects.

• Work with the EE team assigned to NPI programs to realize cabling designs that meet all requirements for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with the assigned manufacturing partner (internal or external) to ensure all requirements are met and documented.
• Perform DfX reviews on all cables, as well as participate in all electrical/electronic design reviews to ensure the realization of cabling that meets the product requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience working in an electrical design environment that included cabling and harnesses.
• System level integration and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with analog and digital electronics and design practices.
• Ability to understand, debug and work with Schematics. Altium and Solidworks experience a plus.
• Ability to build small quantity prototype cabling solutions to support the project team as needed.
