Strategic Banking Relationship Manager

As a Strategic Banking Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our clients, providing expert guidance and support through various channels.
About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in retail banking and exceptional communication skills. As a Strategic Banking Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Building trust-based relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Assessing and addressing clients' banking needs, obtaining and processing necessary information, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings.
You'll work closely with branch teams and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring seamless transactions and providing education on emerging digital products and services. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
