About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Upsell and promote special menu items and promotions.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
  • A team-player mentality and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
