About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to join our team at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. As a Nursing Instructor, you will be responsible for providing students with high-quality instruction in nursing coursework, classroom management, and curriculum development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nursing and be licensed as a registered nurse by the State Board of Nursing. Minimum of two years of experience in nursing or teaching is required, with experience working with youth preferred.

You will be expected to:

  • Plan and conduct classes in the designated area of instruction
  • Evaluate instructional methods and outcomes and modify to accomplish learning objectives
  • Evaluate student progress and provide remedial tutoring and career counseling as needed
  • Participate in staff development training and share new concepts and techniques with other instructors

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and preparing lessons, recommending curricula changes, controlling use of equipment and supplies, complying with safety and health regulations, and participating in the evaluation of student progress.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) by the State Board of Nursing
  • Minimum of two years of experience in nursing or teaching
  • Ability to collaborate in developing lessons and activities to ensure industry certification requirements are addressed
  • Ability to tailor instructional methods and expected rates of progress to individual students' learning styles and career goals
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,000 - $47,840 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
