Job Summary

The Director of Growth Marketing Strategy will lead the growth marketing team for Redbarn Pet Products LLC, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term growth across digital and traditional channels.

This role is responsible for developing an omnichannel marketing vision that blends top-of-funnel brand-building with targeted, data-driven growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that integrates brand-building, customer acquisition, and retention to support both revenue growth and long-term brand loyalty.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analytics to refine targeting, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Sales, and Marketplace teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with a strong track record in omnichannel CPG or eCommerce environments.
  • Proven success in scaling customer acquisition and retention strategies across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms and tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
