Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with our hourly crew members to maintain efficient service and promote teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a kitchen manager or head chef.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and meal planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
