About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Specialist. In this role, you will work with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities to implement evidence-based interventions and individualized treatment plans.

As a BCBA-certified professional, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and supervising the implementation of ABA therapy programs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.

You will also provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and guide the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs by Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess a Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential. You should have excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
