Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized patient care based on cultural, spiritual, and age-specific needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Nursing Care:
- Demonstrate effective medication administration and utilization of Health First computer systems;
- Promote effective communication with the healthcare team and coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care;
- Document nursing care, changes in condition, and patient responses to therapy;
Required Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A graduate degree in professional nursing from an approved school;
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement;
- AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date;
