Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that makes members feel valued.
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, facilitating any messages on club software as needed.
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner, communicating special events to members and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management, ensuring a seamless and efficient operational experience.
  • Schedule member services, tanning, hydro-massage, and other activities, facilitating payment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules, providing accurate information to members and guests.
