Compensation: $14.05-$18.95 per hour

We offer a competitive salary range to ensure you're fairly compensated for your skills and experience. With our hourly rate between $14.05 and $18.95, you can focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional care to our young learners.

About the Role:

As a Kindergarten Prep Teacher, you'll guide a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs. You'll also communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • CDA or higher level of education required
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
