">Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a 25% monthly overbase, a benefits supplement of 20% of their monthly base salary, and a comprehensive Severance Package.
">About the Role
">We are looking for a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in business development, including project development, BOOT/PPP/DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent, and be proficient in oral and written English.
">Key Responsibilities

- Manage the transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.">
- Lead multi-workstream evaluation and review developers' submitted proposals.">
- Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives.">
- Work with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities.">
- Manage and mentor young professionals.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of project finance transactions, joint ventures, and business development principles.

">Hiring Process
">The hiring process will consist of four stages: Resume Evaluation, Interviews Stage, Conditional Offer, and Relocation Process. Candidates who progress to the interviews stage will be required to participate in preliminary phone/video interview and client face-to-face interview.
