About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering compassionate care and want to make a positive impact in their community. As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
- Monitor resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner, responding promptly to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure that resident's food service needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner, promoting dignity and respect.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
