About the Role

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supportive Housing, Maintenance, Environmental Services, and Safety departments. As the ideal candidate, you will provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with our organization's mission, values, and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute plans for successful program implementation, evaluation, and quality services delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with government agencies, funders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and secure funding.
  • Safety and Security: Coordinate security operations, ensuring proper staffing levels and maintaining a safe environment for staff and residents.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years in healthcare facilities management, with 5 years of construction experience, including real estate acquisition, housing development, and community engagement.
  • Certifications and Education: Master's degree in facilities, engineering, architecture, or related field, with knowledge of OSHA compliance and ADA requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and skilled trades, and exemplify excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
