Responsibilities
Common responsibilities of an Advanced Patient Care Specialist include bone setting, blood transfusions, wound care, and medication administration. You will work in a team environment to provide comprehensive care to patients, utilizing your skills and knowledge to make quick and informed decisions.

As an Advanced Patient Care Specialist at UF Health Central Florida, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including same-day benefits, health, dental, and vision coverage. You will also be eligible for tuition reimbursement, with up to $7,000 available for bachelor's or master's degrees. Additionally, you will be eligible for retirement benefits and up to 30% shift differential pay.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have a diploma or associate's degree and a Florida registered nurse license. You must also have BLS and ACLS certifications.
