We are seeking a skilled OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team at Carolina Therapy Services in New Bern, NC. This is a PRN position that offers flexibility and variety in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to patients in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve functional abilities and overall quality of life.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices. A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy and licensure as an occupational therapist (OTR) are required. Experience working in a skilled nursing setting is highly desirable.
What We Offer
Carolina Therapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $113,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
