Job Summary



We are currently seeking a qualified Med/Surg RN for a position in Anderson, South Carolina. As a Nurse Care Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.



Key Responsibilities





  • Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction



Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current RN license, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a med/surg setting, and BLS certification. You will also need to pass a competency exam and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
