Job Title: Executive Sous Chef

TPC Network is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at TPC Twin Cities. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in creating innovative menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in creating menu items and specials
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen
  • Utilize ChefTec to manage food inventory and production
  • Assist in maintaining internal controls for the Food & Beverage Department

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training
  • Thorough knowledge of culinary concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

Physical Demands and Working Environment:

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
