Cyber Defense Full Stack Developer

BAE Systems USA is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Defense Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), you will be responsible for designing and developing custom applications that integrate with state-of-the-art defense systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system management, and database design, with experience in backend development, frontend development, and containerization. You will work closely with other teams on the GSOC, including Operations, Threat Intelligence, Malware Analysis, Endpoint Threat Detection, and Insider Threat.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing custom applications that integrate with state-of-the-art defense systems
  • Working closely with other teams on the GSOC to develop solutions for complex cyber defense challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code that meets security and performance standards
  • Deploying and managing applications on Linux-based servers and containers

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development, system management, and database design
  • Strong background in backend development, frontend development, and containerization
  • Experience with Linux, Docker, and containerization
  • Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly
