Job Overview:

The DPS Foundation is seeking a Grant Coordinator to support our grantmaking program. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.

Salary and Benefits:

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $17,550 per year, which translates to approximately $1,462 per month, plus benefits including health care, child care, an education award of $6,095 or a stipend of $1,500 (taxable grant) at the end of service, forbearance or deferment of federal loans, and relocation allowance (if relocating more than 50 miles).

About the Role:

This is a key component of our work, providing funds directly to the DPS community. You will lead and support the logistical coordination of our grant program, including evaluating academic year final reports, following up with grant recipients, creating impact reports, and supporting sessions for potential grant applicants.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of academic year grant recipient final reports
  • Follow-up with grant recipients to receive final materials
  • Creation of academic year grants impact report
  • Support sessions and open house for potential grant applicants
  • Grant application monitoring and process creation for reviewal
  • Grant recipient processing support using DocuSign, email, and spreadsheet management

County-Level Grantmaking Management and Facilitation:

  • Lead county-level grantmaking strategies, including planning, coordination, and implementation
  • Manage end-of-funding reporting
  • Collaborate with the DPSF Communications Team to tell the story of programming work and impact

Flex Needs:

  • Event support across DPSF
  • Communications support across DPSF

  • Background with Google Suite, Canva, DocuSign, and other platforms
  • Solid administrative skills
