The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary package, which includes a comprehensive benefits program designed to support their well-being and career growth.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs to determine the most suitable appliance solution.
• Fabricate and fit custom devices, ensuring optimal comfort, function, and fit for each patient.
• Develop strong professional relationships with physicians, therapists, and other referral sources to drive business growth and collaboration.
• Carefully instruct patients on the proper use and maintenance of their orthoses and prostheses.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments through ongoing education and training.
• Collaborate with physicians to design and prescribe customized orthopedic or prosthetic devices.
• Train and mentor support staff to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.

• Hold a degree or certification in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics.
• Be a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO).
• Possess certification from either ABC or BOC.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Orthotic/Prosthetic field.
