Job Summary

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Liaison to join our team in the Dubois, WY location. This vital role will act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring exceptional patient experience and seamless communication.

As an Administrative Liaison, your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Updating electronic health records accurately and efficiently
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating care plans
  • Collecting co-pays and processing payments
  • Educating patients about available programs and services

You will be the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their experience at CHCCW. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
