Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team at Ace Precision Machining.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing parts for braze by nickel blasting and applying braze alloy, ensuring a uniform application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply braze paste to parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Deburrs parts as needed to ensure quality standards.
  • Properly package parts to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Identify and report defects in parts to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to perform preventive maintenance on heat treat equipment.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements.
  • Maintain or exceed production standards through efficient organization and planning.
  • Fully comply with safety policies and procedures.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with employees and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and fractions.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar positions in Oconomowoc, WI.
