Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Greater Boston Market team. As a key member of our Consumer & Community Banking division, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, leveraging our digital platforms and branch operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead a high-performing team of bankers and associate bankers, providing coaching, development, and motivation to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver superior service to every customer.
  • Collaborate with our partners in Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide a seamless experience for our customers, leveraging our technology and expertise to meet their evolving needs.
  • Act as a standard bearer of Chase, creating a world-class customer experience that reflects our brand values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage branch operations, including risk and control, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of coaching and empowering employees to improved results.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking operations, including risk management, customer service, and sales strategies.
  • Ability to organize and manage competing priorities effectively, developing plans for growth and improvement.
  • Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, with a demonstrated commitment to operational integrity and policies.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings, and travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or military equivalent.
  • 2+ years of management experience in retail banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and customers to technology.
Training and Development

Successful completion of the Branch Manager training program is a pre-requisite to be considered active in the Branch Manager role. Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings, including out-of-state travel.
