About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring all team members achieve their sales objectives within their assigned territories. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by promoting shared leadership, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
  • Perform ride-alongs with all sales representatives to provide training and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide oversight and assistance in quoting and closing complex opportunities.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for all IPS divisions.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to define sales objectives, market expansion plans, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Drive growth in new accounts and cross-selling across the IPS platform.
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ability to provide guidance and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
