About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - MRI & CT Scans to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MRI and CT scans, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct MRI and CT scans on patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment, including MRI and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
- Position and prepare patients for exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, imaging results, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient care.
- Orient and mentor new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the department.
- ARRT (MR) certification, with MRT certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in MRI, preferably with CT scan experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with the physical stamina to perform duties in a dynamic environment.
