Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our Health Services team at Chemours. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing medical care and treatment to employees who have been injured or become ill on the job. You will work closely with our Regional Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our employees receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical treatment and care to employees who have been injured or become ill on the job

Conduct medical screenings, including drug and alcohol testing, vision testing, and spirometry testing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with established guidelines

Collaborate with our EHS team to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines

Work with our HR team to ensure that employees receive the support and resources they need to return to work as quickly and safely as possible

Requirements:

Current RN license from the state Board of Nursing

3-5 years' experience in occupational health

Knowledge of fields relevant to occupational health nursing, including substance abuse, Workers' Compensation, OSHA, toxicology, epidemiology, and disability case management

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed Advance Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

RN with Compact Nursing License

Certified Occupational Health Nurse
