Cabela's is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Firearms Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of the Gun Counter staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on firearms, ammunition, and hunting merchandise
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Ensure accurate completion of 4473 forms and maintain confidentiality
  • Organize and maintain merchandise displays in the Gun Counter
  • Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
