Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes to create delicious cookies.
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to produce perfect treats.
  • Decorate and display the finished products to impress our customers.
  • Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure they meet food safety and quality controls.
  • Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Clean and restock workstations, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for the next shift.
