The estimated salary for this position is $18.79/hour with an increase to $19.07/hour after 90 days, plus additional shift differentials as applicable.

Job Description

Patient Care Associate Responsibilities:

  1. Provide essential support to patients and staff under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  2. Accurately report information to the Registered Nurse.
  3. Assist with clerical responsibilities for assigned patients.
  4. Complete technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established standards.

Shift and Schedule:

This full-time position requires rotating day shifts, weekends, and holidays, with 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7 PM or 6:30 PM to 7 AM. The hours per week are approximately 36 hours.

Department and Units:

You will work in various units including Medical/Surgical/Stroke, Innovation Unit (Ortho/Neuro), Post-Surgical (Wound Care), Dialysis/Pulmonary, Emergency Department, and Cardiac Care.
