Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Dedicated Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our goal of building the greatest health care community the world has ever seen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Curent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
Compensation and Benefits

DaVita offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer:
