Salary
$94,500 - $104,000 per year, plus 10% bonus opportunity.

Job Description
As the Poultry Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising maintenance teams, overseeing equipment maintenance, and implementing process improvements. Your expertise in poultry maintenance, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics will be essential in driving results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in food production maintenance
* 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor
* 3+ years of experience in poultry maintenance
* Strong knowledge of processing equipment, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results through mentoring
* Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
