We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Westminster at Lake Ridge, a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community. About Us

Westminster at Lake Ridge is a 62-acre community serving older adults in three levels of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Health Center. Our team of approximately 270 employees serves over 400 residents, providing a high level of care and support. We are certified as a Great Place to Work and have received CARF certification and Sage accreditation.

This role is perfect for individuals who want to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting while making a positive impact on our residents' lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide general medical and restorative care to residents daily, interacting directly with them, aiding with daily living needs, monitoring vital signs, and documenting all cares provided.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Additionally, we provide:
