About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Event Concierge to join our team at Hyatt. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless event experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and on-site meeting contact to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Provide high-level support and address special needs for requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details to deliver tailored experiences.
