At Mass General Brigham, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Weymouth Town, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to provide quality, clinical services to patients in various settings. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and be able to work independently as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, utilizing thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
