  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including employment documentation and certifications.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, analyzing data to improve strategies and provide insights to Senior Leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
