Nursing Job DescriptionThis nursing position offers a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide safe and competent patient care, assess, plan, implement direct nursing care to assigned patients, and supervise staff to whom nursing care is appropriately delegated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a guided training and developmental program
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care
- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients
- Supervise staff to whom nursing care is appropriately delegated
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (as required by law, regulation, or policy)
- CPR certification
We prefer candidates with an academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
