Strategic Account Director for Cancer Treatment

This is a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and develop long-term relationships with key clients in the field of cancer treatment. As a Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of ImmunityBio's bladder cancer treatment and achieving company revenue goals.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements to develop strategic account plans that achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with key clients.
- Prepare regular forecasts and progress reports using key account metrics.
- Develop solutions to address barriers to product adoption and assess competitive promotional activity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commercial roles within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
- At least 8 years of commercial experience in specialty therapeutics, preferably in start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics companies.
- 4+ years of experience in specialty oncology and/or urology products is highly preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000, depending on qualifications and prior experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sales bonus, auto allowance, and equity award.
