Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and licensed pest control technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for inspecting buildings and surrounding environments for signs of infestation, effectively communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licenses/Certifications: Possess a current state pesticide technician certification/license, such as a California Applicator or Field Representative license.
  • Experience: Preferably, licensed technicians should have at least 6 months to one year of relevant experience in the field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish considered a plus).
  • Background Check: Successfully pass a background check.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a presentable, clean appearance.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting weights ranging from 20 to 50 lbs. Comfortable with extended periods of walking, crawling, standing, or sitting. Able to maneuver through attics and crawlspaces.
  • Transportation: Have reliable transportation to and from work.
