About UsWe have an innovative cardiovascular program and are looking for registered technologists to expand it. We work with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists. Our facility will soon be moving to a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower with three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.

The Cardiovascular Technologist - Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures, assessing patient conditions, and providing patient care in a sterile environment. This role involves collaboration with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists to deliver exceptional cardiovascular care while also serving as a mentor for new staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient conditions and provide patient care in a sterile environment.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Maintain a strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership.
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or accredited Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience
