Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new clients to First Citizens Bank's wealth offerings through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and strategic partnerships with centers of influence.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact and advocate for high net worth prospects and clients, maintaining current knowledge of client circumstances and developing appropriate wealth plans.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert wealth management advice, developing strategic plans to achieve the financial needs and goals of high net worth clients, and identifying suitable products and services.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with Bank stakeholders to support the departmental strategic approach, engaging with specialists from the broader business team to coordinate the delivery of wealth management products and services.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in acquiring clients, asset gathering, and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice, or a High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in acquiring clients, asset gathering, and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice.

Preferred areas of experience include client acquisition, asset gathering, comprehensive financial planning, banking, investment management, insurance planning, and trust & estate planning.
