Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Child Therapist to join our team at Lighting Staffing Agency. As a Children's Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, crisis planning, and advocating for the needs of children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and necessary paperwork.
  • Provide face-to-face clinical interventions.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement crisis plans with clients.
  • Advocate for child and family needs within the community.
  • Participate in program evaluation and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of licensure and certification requirements.

Schedule and Shift Details:

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 4 hours of work per week after regular business hours. You will develop a schedule with your supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
