GPAC is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have 2 years of experience as a Paralegal with strong organizational skills, experience in legal research, and a deep understanding of court procedures and document preparation.
  • Will assist attorneys with case management, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and possess excellent communication skills.

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries, and subpoenas.
  • Prepare summaries and organize files for discovery and trial.
  • Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, binders, etc.
  • Provide case management and organization from inception.

Litigation Paralegal Requirements

  • Competent and proficient in Word, Outlook, One Drive, Magellan.
  • Ability to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing data.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Communicate with internal and external third parties.
  • Trial support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules, and procedures.
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant certification.
  • Ability to record billable time.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
